Two unidentified young men, suspected to be “Yahoo Boys” today, Wednesday, August 18, 2021, died in a ghastly auto crash along the busy East-West Road in Ughelli, Delta State.
An eye witness said the crash involving three persons occurred at about 11am at Setraco Junction area of Ekiugbo Community of Ughelli Town.
The car, said the witness, was speeding excessively before the accident occurred as two of its occupants died on the spot. The car is a Toyota Camry.
The witness opined that the Toyota Camry (Spider) car being used by the three occupants – two males and a female rammed into the median along the road and somersaulted several times.
Thereafter, the men suspected to be “Yahoo Boys” died on the spot. The surviving female, badly injured, was however rushed to an undisclosed hospital by sympathizers who rushed to the scene.
Meanwhile, before help could come, she had already lost one of her legs to the accident. The eye witness lamented that she has slim chances of survival as the red coloured Camry car was damaged beyond repairs .
