Igbo Development Agenda: Igbo Think Tank On The Rescue, Begins Consultation On Igbo Presidency 

An Igbo group, Igbo Think Tank Central Planning Committee for the Organisation of the Transformation of Igbo Land into a mini paradise on earth (TIJAN) has began moves to transform Igbo land and make is economy the best in Africa.

The group which is also being packaged by Pan Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction Coalition (PANPIEC) says it will ensure that the plan to develop all parts of Igbo land comes to fruition.

Some of the revelations by this group as endorsed by Chuks Ibegbu, it Publicity Secretary said that the group planned a number of programmes to realise its proposed plan. Excerpt…

 “Igbos Begin Steps To Become The Most Developed Part Of Africa, As Igbo Think Tank, ITT Set To Launch The TIIJA Project,  ‘Turn Igbo Land Into The Japan Of Africa

 “History is about to be made in Igbo land as the step to make Igbo land the most developed part of Nigeria and Africa is about to be set in motion.

The project spawned by the Igbo Think Tank, a Brain Box Platform is known as TIIJA, Turn Igbo Land Into The Japan Of Africa.

 The initiator and protagonist of the Naturocracy Principle Ichie Nzedike Nsofor also a leader in the ITT and the chairman of the ITT CPC  , central planning committee of the ITT Summit On TIIJA noted that by the time the project is over Igbo land will be turned to a paradise on earth and all Nigerians and Africans will be happy to visit and even live in Igbo land.

 He noted that The TIIJA Project Is geared to reenact in a bigger way the ideals and great vision of Dr M I Okpara, Premier of the Old Eastern Region which made the region the fastest growing economy in the developing world in the 60s. He called on all Igbos at home and abroad to support the initiative.

 In his on input after the second CPC of TIIJA Project And Board Of Trustees Meeting of The ITT in Enugu, The BoT Chairman of ITT Prof Maduike Ezeibe called on all technocrats, scientists, skilled people in Igbo land to prime themselves to drive the vision . He noted that by the time the event is over , there will be no unemployement in  Igbo land as everybody will be busy doing one thing or another.

Contributing, the BoT Secretary oF ITT and former spokesman of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Chuks Ibegbu lauded Ichie Nzedike for his vision and noted that ITT is billed to make Igbo land the toast of the world through its various engagements and programmes .

He noted that ITT accepted to be involved in the the TIJA programme because it saw that it was what ndigbo need today to come out of the woods and be self sufficient.

Ibegbu called on Ndigbo at home and diaspora to identify with the project.

 The deputy chairman of the ITT BoT Rev Obinna Akukwe lauded the President of the Igbo World Assembly, Dr Nwachukwu Anakwenze for his decision to support the project with other IWA officers and members and commended him for his rare patriotism and commitment to Igbo cause.

 The chairmen of the various subcommittees of the TIIJA Project were announced at the meeting and were challenged to organise an enduring TIIJA Summit at Enugu in a date to be announced soon.

 Ndigbo have meanwhile continued to laud the ITT TIIJA Project, noting that it’s the best thing that will be happening to Ndigbo in recent times.
the group has begun the proverbial handshake across the Niger by meeting some key members of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF).
 
The aim of the meeting, said Ibegbu, is to get the confidence and support of the people from the Northern part of the Nigeria towards the realisation of a President of Nigeria from the Igbo extraction.
