The Lagos State Police Command has given reasons it redeployed a randy Divisional Police Officer, (DPO), CSP Adegoke Atilade to less fancied area, revealing that it was because the randy officer allegedly had sex in his officer with his girlfriend, Jenifer Madueke.
Adegoke Atilade was before now in charge of Denton Police Division.
In addition, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu, was alarmed that the officer, while enjoying the honey pot that naturally lies between the two legs of the amorous Randall, lost his service pistol in the process.
As a result, CP Hakeem Odumosu ordered for thorough and unbiased investigation into the case in the interest of fairness and justice.
However, in a press statement which the Command’s spokesperson, CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu signed, the Oduosu assured members of the public that appropriate actions would be taken against anyone found culpable at the conclusion of the investigation “such that at the end, justice would have been served”.
The statement said, “Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police has also directed immediate redeployment of the officer in the eye of the storm so as to pave the way for diligent and unbiased investigation.”
The DPO has been in the news for allegedly detaining one Jennifer Madueke at the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Yaba for stealing his gun and the sum of N50,000 from his office.
It was learnt that Madueke and Akinlade once dated and separated after he was transferred out of Lagos over seven years ago, but the lovers picked up from where they stopped when he was transferred back to Lagos.
The DPO was said to have invited Jennifer to his office on Friday August 27 and slept with her till Saturday morning. He released her to go around 5am and even saw her off to the bus stop.
They did not see each other again until last Saturday, September 4, when he invited the girl and told her they should go out.
“However, when she went to see him, he detained her and accused her of stealing his service pistol. He kept her in his cell till Monday, September 6. While the girl was in the cell, he asked his boys to torture her to make confessional statements.
On that Monday, he was said to have also taken her to a herbalist on Jebba Street, Ebute Meta, Lagos, around 8am and the herbalist told him that it was the girl that took the pistol, but she denied the allegation.
He thereafter took her to the SCIID, Yaba, where she has been detained till now,” the source added.
However, the girl, in consultation with some people, decided to let the bubble burst and therefore made startling revelation which sent the whole Lagos Police Command scampering to all directions.
Our Reporter remarked that following revelation, the Lagos Police boss swiftly removed the randy officer from the Denton Police Division, recalling him to the Headquarters.
