NDA Attack: ‘Let Nothing Inimical Happen To Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’, IPOB Members Warn FG

Mr Emma Powerful, the spokesman for Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has raised an alarm over the safety of IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu following the ease with which the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna was attacked on Tuesday, August 24, 2021.

According to him, Kanu may not be safe in the facilities of the Department of State Security Service (DSS) if bandits can easily penetrate and attack a heavily guarded military barrack with none being apprehended.

Emma Powerful, in a statement he issued on Wednesday, contended that “Tuesday’s coordinated attack on the heavily guarded Nigeria Defense Academy, Kaduna by rag-tag Fulani bandits with ease and without resistance was just a confirmation of the age-long plan to accomplish the wicked agenda of turning the country into Afghanistan”.

He maintained that the attack may be “an indication that they may be planning to attack the headquarters of the Department of State Services, (DSS), where our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is currently detained”, saying that the group believed that such could be in the offing.

Said he “If Fulani bandits with the aid of the compromised Fulani controlled Military can successfully attack the NDA and kill Igbo military officer, why will one think it’s impossible for Fulani bandits to attack DSS headquarters and kill Nnamdi Kanu?

“The Fulani controlled federal government knows that our leader is their greatest headache. He predicted what is happening now and how the cabal running the country in Buhari’s name wants to actualise the Fulanisation and Islamisation agenda”

“Anything they can do to eliminate our leader will not be considered too expensive but our God will frustrate their evil plot. We hereby warn that nothing should happen to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu while in custody”.

Emma Powerful on behalf of IPOB also warned that the Federal Government will be held responsible if anything befall Kanu, saying that its warning is because of the disturbing security situation in Nigeria and frequent attacks here and there.
